By accessing or using Trado's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Trado provides an AI-powered trading bot service that connects to your existing broker account via API. Our service:
- Analyzes gold market conditions using artificial intelligence
- Executes trades on your behalf through your connected broker account
- Does NOT hold, manage, or have access to withdraw your funds
- Operates 24/7 based on your subscription plan
3. Account Requirements
To use Trado, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid account with one of our supported brokers
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
We offer two subscription plans:
- Basic Plan: $150/month - For accounts $500 to $2,500
- Pro Plan: $300/month - For accounts $3,000 and above
All new users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will be automatically paused until payment is received. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
5. Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT: Trading in gold and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- AI trading systems can experience technical failures or unexpected market conditions
- You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
6. API Access & Security
When you connect your broker account:
- We only request trading permissions necessary for our service
- We never have access to withdraw funds from your account
- Your API credentials are encrypted and stored securely
- You can revoke access at any time through your broker or our platform
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trado shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred while using our service
- Technical failures, delays, or interruptions
- Actions taken by your broker or third parties
- Market conditions or events beyond our control
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- The bot will stop executing trades on your account
- Any open positions will remain in your broker account
- You retain full control of your broker account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
